Tourist Visa Requirements:

• Covering Letter
• 2 recent passport size photographs

• 1^st  4 pages of passport (Powder copy)

• Copy of CNIC

• Personal Appearance.

• Visa Fee Rs. 1400/ plus Rs. 200/- (Pay order to be made only by Habib Bank-zamzama branch Karachi)

• Service charges: Rs. 500/-

• Medical card from any of the following:
